Find the magnetic cache at this location and it will have the coordinates for the 2nd location.
The coordinates will get you close to the cache location but once you are at the site, you'll need to solve the puzzle to get the accurate location of the cache. This is a logbook cache so remember to bring your own pen or pencil.

A = Find the name of the man this site is named after. Count of the number of consonants in his name.
B = Count of the number of Handicap Poles in the parking lot.
C = Count of the number of letters for this type of institution.
D = Count of the number of black light poles. Look in the front and side of building.
You can only get to the cache during certain hours from Monday - Saturday.
