The cache is a magnetic nano with only room for a log so pen required.
The cache is placed in part of a pedestrian zone for a busy Market Square with The Guildhall, The Powis Market Hall, 3 Public Houses and shops all in close proximity so stealth required. There is a Pay & Display Cark Park near by but closed on Wednesdays due to the Outdoor Market and on Saturdays in the summer months. The co-ordinates where taken from a few average readings due to the high buildings affecting the GPS signal. For non locals..The cache name comes from its location and the name of a nearby local pub which was called The Eagles but now has changed to The Bailey Head.
