Geocache Description:

You're a mean one Mister Grinch!

In 1957 Dr Suess created what has become an all time classic that is know throughout the world. It has woven it's way into family Christmas traditions as much as the presents have. Parents who have grown up having the book read to them now read the book to their kids. Who doesn't watch the cartoon at least once every year. When you hear the song, you instantly know the words.

Who?

We all love the Grinch for one reason or another, but have we ever celebrated him in a way he so deserves? You might say you can't find Whoville on the map, but I beg to differ. At this time of the year, all of us know a Cindy-Lou Who, and surely your heart grows three sizes around this time of the year. So gather up your Whos and all their Jing Tinglers, Floo Floobers, Tar Tinklers, and Slew Skunkers, and come join us for this Whobilation. This event is open to all groups, big and small, short and tall, near and far.

Where and When?

The event is being hosted at Hoss's Steak and in Pleasant Hills. The event will start at 6 PM. Eating at the event is not a requirement of the restaurant. Due to the restaurant's no pets policy, we must request you leave your seasick crocodile at home

What to bring?

We are having a White Elephant Gift Exchange this year. For those unfamiliar with how these work, you are asked to bring a wrapped gift, under $15 with your name on it. these gifts will all be placed in one are. The first person will pick a gift from the table and open it. That is now their present. The person who's name was on that gift, the gifter, will open the next present. They now have the option of keeping the present just opened, or in a Grinchish kind of way, stealing any other present that is opened already. Any one gift can only be stolen 3 times before it is retired. Use your imagination when picking the gift you feel is most TRIGO appropriate, but please remember this is a family event. Participation in this is purely be choice and not required to attend the event or log the event.
