You are looking for a Mini-Decon container.
The trail that this cache is on can be accessed from either GC10KQJ (This Place Rocks!) or GC12WY8 (Upper Ahmanson). Or if you know someone who lives in Bell Canyon, there is a well-maintained, steep trail that begins at the very end of Bell Canyon Road (heading East) that will put you at the cache just a tad quicker!
From GZ, look across Bell Canyon and you can see two water tanks up near the Rocketdyne facility. Look to the East and you'll see another two water tanks. Twin Tanks Too!
