Merry Christmas!

Welcome to Sunnyside and Snipes Mountain Restaurant! Snipes Mountain is named for Ben Snipes, one of the most prolific cattle drivers of the 19th century, around these parts. (visit link)

You can meet us Dec. 12th, from 6-8PM, at the coordinates above or, for those of you not wanting to pack your unit with you, at:

Please be aware that the restaurant sign on the street is not that well lit. Pay close attention for the sign!

To accommodate a group such as ours we have a select menu. Please e-mail me if you want to know what exactly is offered. The restaurant would also like to have a fairly good estimate as to how many of us will be there so if you could post a “Will Attend” note on the page by December 8th at the very latest they will be very appreciative.

When you arrive just tell the waitress you are with the Washington State Geocaching Association (WSGA) Christmas Party and they will point you to a room upstairs reserved for us.

Gift Exchange - Bring Something, Win Something - If you want to participate in the gift exchange, bring an unwrapped Geo Gift (valued at $5 to $10) for the gift exchange. Everyone who brings an item will get a raffle ticket and will win one of the gifts that were brought when the other half of your ticket is drawn out of a hat.

Ideas for Geo Gift: Unactivated geocoins, unactivated TB tags, geo T-shirts, ammo boxes, ready made lock & lock cache or any cache related item. There is plenty of time to go through your stash or order something from the many geo vendors.

Coin and TB swapping and discovering is also encouraged so please drop those into the event page as well. There will also be other prizes that we will be drawing for over the course of the evening so come ready to celebrate and have a very merry Christmas time!
