Svenska Högarna var en viktig
fiskeplats vid slutet av medeltiden. Här fanns ett kapell och
här hölls gudstjänster under fiskesäsongen av
präst eller hamnfogde. Först vid slutet av 1800-talet
blev det en av de viktigaste fyrplatserna. Fyren är
konstruerad av Gustav von Heidenstam och är den enda fyren av
honom i Stockholms skärgård. Övriga
sevärdheter är två jättegrytor kallade
Jättegubbens byxor och två Trojeborgar eller
Kollergångar.
Terräng-5:an bygger på att
Du paddlar kajak eller åker långfärdsskridsko hit
ut. Åker du båt eller sjöflygplan är det nog
bara en 3:a.

Explore Sweden is a collection of caches named after Sweden's most challenging adventure
race.
The caches can be logged individually, and they all include a
code number to be used for calculating the coordinates to the final
multicache.
Common characteristics for all the caches are
- High terrain factor. Special equipment and skills are most
often required.
- Extreme distances between the caches. Over 2000 kms in
total!
- A four digit code written on the inside binder of the
loggbook
