tomison: I'm actually surprised this lasted as long as it did. I spent a lot of time on this, but its more of a shame the contents are gone with this too. It may be a while before I can construct another like this, so, I will leave this area open for someone else to hide a cache at. Please make it worthy of such a good area! I hope people enjoyed this while it was there. Happy caching!

Geocache Description:


Evil (C)ammo series – why should micros have all the fun? This
series is about very well-camouflaged ammo cans. It is important to
note that all the caches in this series follow the rules of
geocaching.com; that is:
1) They are not behind any posted no-trespassing signs
2) You will not need to destroy any natural or man-made object or structure (e.g., a rock wall)
3) They are not buried
4) Etc.
Beyond that, anything goes!

About this cache: In the tradition of a true Evil (C)ammo, this ammo can is completely exposed in plain view, but extremely well camoflaged (unlike some of the other ones in the series, which could be argued that they are more hidden than camoflaged). In fact, this ammo can can easily be seen from over a hundred feet away in a couple directions! Be aware that there are a few security cams in this new shopping center. So to avoid embarrassment and muggle activity, you must follow the instructions below precisely to log the cache:

  1. Please visit this cache on off-retail hours (early morning or late night) to avoid muggle attention
  2. Drive up to a few feet from GZ (it's a park and grab). If you find yourself more than 25 feet from GZ, keep driving to a different approach
  3. Easily spot the cache from your vehicle
  4. Check for muggles, then hop out, retrieve the cache (just give it a good yank - it will come!), and return to inside your vehicle
  5. Remove the top (handle with care), open the cache, sign the log, do your trading, whatever, then re-assemble
  6. Check one more time for muggles, then get out and replace the cache exactly as you found it

Please be careful not to reveal too much about the cache in your log.

Congrats to... whew! - let's see if I have them all - waisan, CJDD, 2Cougs, 2kds, and roadtrip for the 5-way FTF! Golly, we'll need a geo-referee pretty soon!
