Here Fishy Fishy Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Bigawop: No DNFs logged but it hadn't been found since last April, made a quick visit today and couldn't find it AGAIN! Suspect muggles, or theves, not floodwaters.

Geocache Description:

Off Ward Rd. at Mary Lukes Wheeler County Park, Sequim

Parking is available at either marked area 0.2 or 0.3 miles north of Woodcock Rd. on Ward Rd.

Mary Lukes Wheeler County Park is a small Dungeness River Access Park where many locals like to go and fish for Salmon when it is running. The county Park was acquired in 1994 and is about 10 acres in area and 3,000 lineal feet along the west bank of the Dungeness River, one of only four fresh water parks in the county system. This is a quiet shady spot to fish, play, and picnic and has a wheelchair accessible picnic site in the north parking lot for those with disabilities.

Farther down the road is Olympic Game Farm.

The cache is a 1” by 4” camouflaged plastic tube with a flip top that is attached. There is a FTF prize as well as a log to sign. You may need tweezers, needle nose pliers or hemostats to remove the FTF as it is a tight space. Please put it back just as you found it.
