Lovely little park on the very busy Shore Road near Whiteabbey village. Leads into Hazelbank Park, where there is another cache, GCXTYH. It is part of the Lagan and Lough Cycle Way (Nos 9 & 93).
Views across Belfast Lough towards Holywood, down into Belfast Port and up towards Carrickfergus.
Car parking is available at N54* 40.435 W005* 53.776.
The park has picnic benches, one of which is wheelchair accessible and wheelchair access onto the path to Hazelbank.
There is an unusual structure built by Newtownabbey Borough Council to commemorate the opening of this part of the Newtownabbey Way in January 2000.
Please be sure to put the cache back exactly where you found it. The cache is accessible without having to kneel or lie on the ground!!
