AB-n-AP: Went and checked this one and it was indeed missing. This cache has gone missing one too many times now...so it's time for this one to be part of geocaching history...

Here's a little secluded area along the Cedar River Trail that
proves just how much traffic flows through Cedar Rapids. You'll see
and hear automobiles as they pass overhead and may even see and
hear a locomotive down below.
Parking is a breeze once you find the trail parking area. The Trail
Parking lot is large and can be found immediately south
of Collins Road. Parking Coordinates are N42 01.653 W091
40.148.
You're looking for a waterproof matchstick container. The cache
is hidden about 2 feet to the side of the trail.
DO NOT CROSS ANY FENCES AND DO NOT GO UP ANY
HILLS. Night caching is not recommended.
6-24-10 UPDATE* This geocache used to be a regular sized
lock-n-lock, but it kept getting muggled, so we turned it into a
micro.
