Medium sized traditional cache located on Whiskey Dick Mountain in Central Washington
Whiskey Dick Mountain and the wind farm that lies on its legs is rolling volcanic desert country. This makes a great hike and between February and April this will be the only way you can reach the cache. During the rest of the year there is a road that makes its way behind the wind farm and falls down into the Columbia gorge. You may need 4WD and reasonable clearance to traverse.
