The area where you park for this cache used to be a large valley with a lake in the bottom. When the Highway department built the new I-40 exit nearby, the filled it up with all this shale they dug out of the hill. The lake is no more, but it gave me a good place to hide a cache. You might be able to drive right up to the cache, or you may opt to park back a 100 feet or so. Either way, it is not too hard to access the area.
This is a clear Lock n lock container with some trade items.
Good luck and as always, log it or email me if the cache needs any attention!
Please DO NOT attempt to stop on the freeway to access this cache. It is much easier to get off at the exit and double back to it.
