Number 12 in a series of "nano" caches (a.k.a. "blinkies") placed in (or near) South Dakota. This one qualifies as 'near', since it is in Minnesota.
Some call them evil. Some call them a challenge. In any case, they are small, and it could be tough to find them. This one is located in an obscure local "wayside rest" in western Minnesota a few miles south of Canby, MN.
This description was edited to removed a reference to the outhouse, which is gone. One less place to look...
Being a blinkie, you will need to bring a writing instrument. As always, try to use stealth, although muggles usually aren't an issue here! The log must be signed for credit. Initials only please!
