Geocache Description:

Can be accessed from N or S. With all the JOE caches there is no need (and it is illegal) to park along on-ramps, off-ramps or the Interstate to retrieve them. There is safe parking near all JOE caches and they can be retrieved safely. If someone places a cache in the Joe series please assure this holds true.

The JOE cache series was started by altosaxplayer, a member of the Tri-Cities Geocachers. The name JOE means "Just Off Exit". The series was started as an Interstate 81 equivalent to the "Loop to Loop" cache series that was started in Nashville TN by cgeek. The JOE caches are placed no more than two tenths of a mile from the exit and the hint is a dead give away to the cache location. JOE caches are an easy way to pick up more cache finds while traveling. With altosaxplayer's permission I've started this series in NC on I95.

Simple park and grab. Please place this cache back JUST AS YOU FOUND IT so that other cachers can have the same hunting and finding experience as you did. You will be looking for a micro container. Log only so BYOP! Anyone can start one using this format for the name and credit as stated above.

This cache has been reborn from one of VWDave's previous caches. Thanks for passing it on!!

Here's something to go with the hint - The number of NASCAR Matt Kenseth's car minus three, the seventh prime number or the sum of the first four prime numbers, in Harry Potter's world the coming of age for wizards. Any of these combined with the hint will lead you to it!!

CONGRATULATIONS TO VW Dave FOR FIRST TO FIND!!
