Norns Forest Service Road can be accessed from Pass Creek Road
which connects Castlegar and Crescent Valley. The parking for this
cache is in a large pullout alongside Norns FSR at N49 24.799 W117
41.907 These coordinates mark the start of the parking area and the
best place to view the falls from a distance. The trailhead is at
the far end of the parking area on the left. It's a short walk or
drive to a small turn around area where the trail starts. There's a
post anchoring an old zip line down to the creek - this is where
the trail begins to descend to the top of the falls. Don't use the
zip line unless you're super crazy - in which case, you must post
pictures of the attempt and any resulting trauma.
