A seven stage multi cache mountain bike orientated hunt that uses the numbered tracks of Daisy Hill Forest Park, a popular mountain bike destination. It is intended that the hunt be completed in a single outing, but you may wish to complete it over a number of visits. The course is about 20km long (most direct route) and it will take at least 2hrs depending on your skills and fitness.
At the start co-ordinates, you will pick up your check point sheet which will guide you to the seven checkpoints. At each checkpoint you will find a clue to complete the final cache co-ordinates. They can be completed in any order.

All checkpoints are adjacent to or close to legally rideable tracks. I have rated the difficulty of the hides as a 4+, as tree cover may play havoc with your GPSr and this may increase your level of frustration. Due to the number of stages and degree of difficulty, I have given it a 5 rating.
The terrain is easily managed by a mountain bike rider with basic skills and common sense, but you need to take care! Take sufficient water and snacks for a prolonged stay in the field. If you are riding alone, it is best to let someone know where you are.
The cache contains great swaps and ‘wanahavs’.
I think you may need to take a writing stick and recording device with you to record waypoint clues.
