Geocache Description:

A magnetic cap and cap container.

The cache was placed with permission at the D.F.P.D. and contains a log book only so byop. I gave the terrain a 2 because stealth will be required. Please do not block the doors.
The D.F.P.D. (Denison Fire Protection District) was established in 1960. It took over for the St. Francisville Fire Department because the St. Francisville Fire Department was not allowed to fight fires outside city limits so the creation of the D.F.P.D. eliminated this problems allowing it to cover a larger area. The fire fighters are all volunteer and very dedicated to the protection of the district. They also provide mutual aid to the surrounding districts.
