Located behind Desert Park, this is a moderate hike on a defined path. It is a micro cache and only contains a log and pencil. Parking at N 49 00.984 W 119 28.845.
Desert Park was once a popular destination for horse racing and equesterian events. The park which is owned by the town, is now unused, and currently being reviewed to be reopened. The cache is in an area of the park where equestrian events were once held. This is a public area and permission has been granted by the town to place the cache. The cache is accessible all year round and care should be taken to stay on the path. Pets should be kept on a leash as there is abundant cacti in the area.
