Geocache Description:

Val Vista Lakes Clubhouse - Gilbert, AZ
Queen Palm Patio
6:00 pm to 9:30 pm, pot-luck dinner at 7:00 pm

If you haven't been to Val Vista Lakes' Holiday Mountain, you are in for three treats - to be with an outstanding group of friends, to walk through the holiday lights on the mountain, and to drive through and see the beautiful luminary display in three of the Val Vista Lakes sub-divisions.

The pot-luck dinner party will be at the Queen Palm Patio located by the lake. The mountain is nearby so attendees can walk through the mountain from 6:00 - 9:30.

Holiday Mountain fee - The Val Vista Lakes Holiday Mountain staff will collect two cans of non-perishable food (per person) to donate to the needy. This donation is not collected by the geocachers.

Location reservation - JillybeanAZ lives at Val Vista Lakes, but does need to pay a fee for the location reservation. A jar will be located at the party.

Pot-luck dinner - Dinner will begin around 6:30 pm. Bring a pot-luck dish to share. Christmas goodies are also welcome!! Let JillybeanAZ know what you will bring for dinner and we will add your name to the list.

Entrance - You can enter through the Holiday Mountain gate or through the Clubhouse doors.

If you come through the Holiday Mountain gate (at coordinates), you can go through the mountain and then the party will be towards the lake. You may prefer to bring your pot-luck dish to the party and then walk through Holiday Mountain.

If you come though the clubhouse, you will sign the sign-in sheet (party for Jill Grundy), walk though the clubhouse, turn left to the back door, and straight back to the party. Unfortunately, the VVL Clubhouse allows only 50 people to attend a party. If you come late, you may not be able to attend.

Please let JillybeanAZ know if you have any questions about the party.
