Geocache Description:

A small cache in a small park.

This cache is located in a park that was named after Prime Minister Ben Chifley who lived in Bathurst.

Joseph Benedict Chifley. Prime Minister of Australia (13 July 1945 – 19 December 1949)

There is a bust of Chifley and several plaques with information. There is also some playground equipment for the geokids.

This park is very exposed to local homes and stealth is essential. A geohound or camera would be a handy accessory. There is no need to walk on the garden.

The cache can take small swaps. It contains a log book but please bring your own pen.

Please take special care to replace the cache so that it is not visible to passers by but not so that people will destroy the plants when searching for it
