Robmc: Not only has the sign disappeared, but they have removed the whole wharf as well.
So this cache has no reason to exist, and I am archiving it.

Now some calculations: (Take a seat! Oh, no seats around!)
I guess you know that the Southerly co-ords will be 37 50. something,
and the Easterly will be 144 53 something else, after all I did say a short walk.
So the bits you are really interested in are:
South: (MNPQ - TUVW) * S + KL - (H+J)
East: EFG - XY - AC
