Spiegelberg Weiher
Hinter der Festung Aarburg liegt der Spiegelberg mit dem
Schützenhaus. Daneben hat es einen schönen Kinderspielplatz und
Brätelstelle.
An einem klaren Tag sieht man die Alpen und in der Nacht das
Lichtermeer von Aarburg und Oftringen.
Etwas abseits vom Picknickplatz ist noch ein Weiher mit dem
Cache.
Parkieren kannst Du beim Schützenhaus, von dort sind es ca. 10
bis 20 Minuten zu laufen, je nachdem welchen Weg man wählt.
Es gibt diverse Wanderwege und Trampelpfade. Der Weg muss nur kurz
vor dem Cache verlassen werden.
Der Cache liegt auf der Seite gegen Oftringen,
die Schiessanlage muss also nicht Betreten werden!
Der Cache ist etwas vom Weiher
entfernt.

Behind the fortress of Aarburg is the Spiegelberg hill with the 300
meter shooting range. Beside it is a nice BBQ place with a
children’s playground.
On a clear day you can see the Alps and at night the city lights of
Aarburg and Oftringen.
Close to it is a little pond where the cache is hidden.
You can park at the shooting range, from there it is a 10 to 20
minutes walk, depending which hiking track you choose.
Just in the last few meters you have to go off the track to find
the cache.
The cache is in the opposite direction to
the shooting range, towards Oftringen,
so there is no need to go to the shooting area or even close to
it!
