The Argyll Winter Cache Bash is once again to be held at Lunga Estate, Craignish. The usual base is to be Lunga House, and new caches will be spread outwith the estate on Islands and coastal areas. Needless to say, there will be the usual selection of caches already placed on the Estate itself.
The theme of the Cache Bash this year is 'The Lord of the Isles' along with Pirates and Vikings. Its also St.Valentines day, giving the men an excuse to lure their loved ones away for a dirty weekend in the mud, but with the benefit of the luxury of Lunga House.
The plan is to have at least one day on either Lunga Island and/or Scarba.... via Duncan and his galley, the 'Farsain'.
There will be the usual dinner @ Lunga on the Saturday night.
