Foreword: Take the path next to the shrine where the shops are. If the door there is closed, it is not possible to reach the cache as the Japanese administration see's a danger in going the way up.

We were surprise that there is no cache at this place famous place already. We had a lot of fun with the Ropeway and the ships on Lake
Ashi that we decided to put there a cache today.

It is the largest official Geocache.com Container hidden under stones, easily retrievable when identified. The way to the place will become obvious when you are at "Owakudani Station" of the Hakone ropeway. You have to do approxm. 5 minutes of walking to the shrine and then 5 minutes hiking. Alternative it is possible to reach the place via car to the nearby parking space. But we recommend taking the ropeway either from Gora or Lake Ashi (Togendai).

Hell Valley how we call it, is a place where hot water comes out of the earth. There is a lot of visible white steem and it often smells like sulfur.

They sell there black eggs, eggs which were cooked in the 80 degree hot (onsen) water which is coming out of the earth. It is said that you live 7 years longer after eating a black egg.

As a start we put in a TB, a FTF tag and something else which I forgot.

P.S. I added some spoiler pictures as I think people comming this far for a cache should really find it. Especially as my GPS didn´t wanted to get more accurate than 17 meters.
