Weatherly's First Cache!
Placed cache in Eurana Park to bring some more cachers to the
area. This is a great little park with many events being held in
the summer. "Eurana" was the given name of the wife of Charles
Schwab, one of the founders of the Bethlehem Steel Corporation. She
was a resident of Weatherly. This community park features a band
shell, picnic tables and pavilion and a pool that is ringed by a
fragrant stand of dark green hemlocks, indigenous to the locale. No
matter what the air temperature, the pool is mostly very cold,
supplied by a series of natural springs.
My GPS signal was spotty for some reason but I think I got
coords within 10 ft. If you come up with coords more accurate
please post them.
This could be a high muggle area in nice weather so please be
careful!
