Geocache Description:

Large plastic bucket hidden near a playground that has parking.

This is where I was stopped for a speed ticket, several times. I was able to get away without being ticketed once and fought off a ticket another time by mail. The cache is a large bucket loaded with goodies. The coordinates may be a little sketchy as the GPS signal was weak where we hid the cache.
