The Posted Co-ordinates will find you in the close vicinity of a plaque commemorating the establishment of the associated construction.
Using the common Letters to Numbers Code, and the third word on this plaque,
calculate the numbers for your next port of call.

C = 2nd letter – 15
D = 5th letter + 1
