You are looking for an ammo can in the woods (everybody's favorite hide).
The documentary "Moving Midway" tells the story of how the plantation house that used to stand on this land was moved in order to build the strip mall you see today. In the movie, there is mention of a ghost in the house, thought to be of one of the family matriarchs, Miss Mary "Mimi" Hinton. As the house was moved, the owner of the house wondered aloud at one point if Miss Mimi would stay with the house or the land? An epilog at the end of the movie reveals that while no more ghostly events have occurred at the house since the move, ghostly events have started to occur in one of the shops in the shopping center. This cache is placed directly behind that shop. So while you search for the cache, watch for Miss Mimi. She may be watching you.
