Geocache Description:

This is a 3 stage terrain cache. All stages are small or deacon containers and placed without aid of rope or ladders. ENJOY!

Unfortunately sometime in late April 2010, the short-lived Columbus Wormhole burnt to the ground.
GC20V55 "Into the Wormhole" by KBLAST, Drainhook, and TheAmazingA.
It was an amazing cache placement and it was VERY upsetting to find this cache's unique hiding place burnt to the ground only weeks after I got the opportunity to find it.

You're in luck....a new wormhole has opened up! The sequal is equally challenging but slightly different. In-fact, you will actually be traveling through distant regions of space-time, although you will most likely travel a lot slower than the speed of light.

Wormholes would act as shortcuts connecting distant regions of space-time. By going through a wormhole, it might be possible to travel between two regions faster than a beam of light through normal space-time.

Know your limits and use good judgement. No found-its online unless your name is on the final stage logsheet! Post a note of progress if you need some encouragement. This is a terrain cache! Photos are NOT considered spoilers. In-fact I encourage and hope you will post lots of photos to share your adventure through the time-space of this cache. Those who seek it are here for the adventure. (just please don't post any photos showing actual stage coordinates).

There are 3 physical containers at the 3 stages. Stage 1 you will need to elevate your perspective to discover its nest. Stage 2 is for the more daring; you either get stage 2 or you don't. There is a REALLY good clue inside the stage 2 container on where to find the final stage 3. Most don't actually lay their hands on the stage 2 container and still complete the cache. You should at least make eye contact with stage 2 then think about what you read at stage 1 and the definition of a wormhole. The cache page gallery is also a good place for clues.

No found-it logs online unless your name is on the final logsheet. Group finds are okay just be sure someone gets your name on that logsheet. I'd rather you see and experience what this cache is all about than to ignore it completely. This cache was placed solely for the final stage, because it was too awesome to ignore the location.
