Geocache Description:

A walk along the Sea wall nr. Boston Pilgrim Fathers Memorial - Car Park close by.

The Pilgrim Fathers Memorial Obelisk is situated just outside Boston on the North Bank of The Haven, and was erected in 1957, to Commemorate the Pilgrims first and unsuccessful attempt to escape to Holland in 1607, and away from Religious Prosecution. Unfortunately they were betrayed and imprisoned. A later attempt in 1608 was successful, and they spent 12 years in Holland..
You could also explore the Havenside Local Nature Reserve, which is approached from the Boston end of the Car Park.
Some of the Foot Path’s also form part of the National Cycle Trail.
Small Rectangular plastic box, when set it contained a FTF Certificate, log book and pencil, activated TB/Geocoin, and small items to swap.
This is a popular area for Tourists and Walkers, so some stealth may be required.

For the benefit of future Cachers, it would be appreciated if retrieved TB's or Geocoins could be replaced by a similar item. Many thanks.

Congratulations, 3Coy - FTF!
