Geocache Description:


This cache is located on the Tiger Mt. Trail (TMT) and is a 6 mile roundtrip hike to reach it with an elevation gain of 2000 feet.

Parking is at the Tradition Plateau Trailhead or the High Point Trailhead. If you are familiar with Tiger Mt. trails there are many other places to park and reach this site also.

This is my favorite winter hiking trail as there are many places to hike and many varied loop hikes. Before or after your hunt you should plan on going to the summit of Tiger 2 for many magnificent views of the surrounding area. On a clear day the view of Mt. Rainier is stunning.

This is a medium size cache located on the TMT near Pete’s Pass which is between Tom’s Crossing and Manning’s Reach at 2500 feet. (This is the second highest point on the TMT).

The container is well hidden and satellite reception is good. At points on the trail you will lose reception but it will come back
