This is located in the softball park. I think this will be easier in the winter. Park closes at 10pm.
Another in the Geo-opoly series. I had found the original Jail before it got muggled. Out of respect for the original Jail you must drop a travel bug or Geo-coin to get credit for the find.
This additional logging requirement is now optional.
It should not be too hard, I gave it a 2 as you may have trouble getting a good signal.
