This should be a quick cache and dash.
This geocache is located at the "cultural center" of Elko. Here you can go trick-or-treating, vote, attend a symphony, get a Christmas tree, or gather for some Cowboy Poetry. I even attended my grandparent's 60th wedding anniversary reception here. Depending on the time of day and the activities here, you may need some stealth.
