Geocache Description:

A nice cache along the gorgeous Eagle Creek Trail off the 84. About a mile and some change up a trail with some sheer drops, so be careful! Come for the cache-- stay for the falls!

Inspired by an eagle's nest high above the treetops, we have placed a "nest" of our own, albeit much closer to the ground.

Pass Metlako Falls and you'll find yourself at Lower Punchbowl Falls, and the home to "Eagle Creek Nest." We hope you'll plan the time to go further to Loowit Falls and Tunnel Falls, and the handful of amazing falls in between!

We've left a sketchbook as our logbook as a tribute to nature journaling, a favorite pastime, and we encourage you to sketch a brief landscape/flora or fauna that you saw on your way up to "Eagle Creek Nest!" Be sure to check out A Bridge too Far further up the trail.

Cache is starting with a handful of coins and Travel Bugs, and a special "First to Find" goodie bag.
