The cache is 4" x 6" plastic container. Terrain is slight slope and a small trail takes you close to the cache with minimal obstructions to make the final approach which is off trail. You will need to bring a pencil to log-in. You may have some difficulty in the summer with bounce from the tree canopy.
I'm sure this is a beautiful sight from here. The day we were there the clouds were rolling in and a lite mist was all around us, very pretty.
There are other caches in the park and I placed this here to give the family an additional bonus while visiting. To the north, in the field one will find a bench mark. However it is not of the type listed on Geocaching, at least not yet.
