The cache is one of those dreaded 35mm canisters. Terrain is mostly flat no obstructions. You will need to bring a pencil to log-in.
This is a guard rail cache with a twist. Before all the harassment it shouldn't have taken too long to figure it out after they check all the normal guard rail places and figure it isn't there. Run through your list of normals, and you'll find it... Well, now it is findable but you best be on your toes...
