The cache is a hated/dreaded micro hanging in a spruce tree.
This is #2 because #1 was muggled. I placed the first cache in this area on the fence at the soccer field and it was soon muggled. I went back to replace it and the soccer field was in use with hundreds of people sitting around with nothing to do but watch anyone messing around the fence, so of couse it would get muggled again. I did not replace #1. After many months I came back to the area and decided to hide a cache here but away from the hundreds of sitting people and their wandering eyes.
This could be easy or hard... Hard if you do not read the hint... easy if you do. The choice is yours.
