De earthcache is te bereiken via een trap of langs de helling. The earthcache can be found by walking a slope or by stairs.
Het Voorland is ontstaan tijdens de uitvoering van de deltawerken in 1976. Voor die tijd bestond de waterkering uit een zeedijk met daarachter een inlaagdijk. De nieuwe deltadijk is aangelegd op de plaats van de oude inlaagdijk. Op de voormalige zeedijk is een verharde onderhoudsstrook aangelegd. Deze wordt de voorberm genoemd. Het inlagengebied tussen voorberm en deltadijk is met grond opgevuld waardoor het Voorland ontstond.
In 1994 werd het gebied heringericht voor natuurontwikkeling, met als doel de ontwikkeling van schorrevegetatie en het verkrijgen van broed- en rustplaatsen voor kustbroedvogels.
Vragen:
1) Welke verschillende milieutypen (4) zijn vanaf deze plaats te zien?
2) Wat wordt hier zeer incidenteel waargenomen?
3) Voor wie/wat is het nodig dat de dieper gelegen draslanden worden gevuld met zeewater?

"Voorland" is developed during the deltaworks in 1976. Before that time the weir existed off a sea dike with behind that an "inlaag" dike. The new deltadike is moored on the place where the old "inlaag" dike once was. On the former sea dike there now is a maintenance counterfoil. "Voorland" arose between the front verge and the delta dike after filling up the area with ground.
In 1994 the area was re-arranged in benefit of the developement of nature. With as main goal the developement of marsh vegetation and creating rest- and breedingplaces for coastal breeding birds.
Questions:
1)Wich different types of environments (4) are to been seen from this place?
2)What can be spotted here incidentially?
3)For who/what is it necessary that the lower areas of wetland are being filled with seawater?
A picture isn't necessary but would be nice and higly apreciated!

Binnen het afgesloten natuurgebied mag men wandelen of fietsen op het verharde pad. Honden mogen mee maar aan de leiband. Het pad verlaten is niet toegestaan. Een vogelkijkhut kan bezocht worden een eindje verderop.
Inside the enclosed area you can walk or bicycle on the hardned path. Dog(s) allowed but on the leach. It is not permitted to leave the hardned paths. You can visit a birdwatchers cabin a little further down the road.
