Treviso è una splendida cittadina situata nel nord d’Italia. Il comune di Treviso conta circa 81,627 abitanti, 3.000 dei quali vive all’interno delle famose Mura che circondano il centro storico, 80.000 vive nel centro urbano, mentre l’agglomerato urbano e i Comuni contermini contano circa 190.000
Vale veramente la pena visitare Treviso e la Marca Trevigiana, ricca di itinerari interessanti e di monumenti importanti.
È importante poi sottolineare che famosi pittori quali Cima da Conegliano, Giorgine, Antonio Canova e i contemporanei Arturo Martini, Guido Rossi e Giovanni Barbisan sono originari proprio della Marca Trevigiana e hanno lasciato un segno importante sia nel territorio che nei musei. Anche Palladio lavorò nella Marca Trevigiana, e progettò e costruì alcune delle sue ville più famose.
Treviso è una città medioevale molto elegante, circondata da mura del sedicesimo secolo, e situata alla confluenza del fiume Sile (95 km) e del Botteniga (2km). La città inoltre è ben nota anche per i suoi caratteristici portici, che distinguono la città di Treviso da altre cittadine della regione.
Per ottenere le coordinate dei cache, bisogna completarle sostituendo le lettere con i numeri che si troveranno strada facendo. I waypoint indicano solo approssimativamente l'area di ricerca.

Treviso is a wonderful city which is situated in the north of Italy (Veneto area). The municipality has approximately 81,627 inhabitants: some 3.000 live within the Venetian walls (le Mura) or in the historical and monumental center, some 80,000 live in the urban center proper, while the city hinterland has a population of approximately 190,000.
The tourist who chooses Treviso and the Marca Trevigiana for a day trip, a weekend or a longer stay will never be disappointed by its many beautiful sights and interesting itineraries.
The Marca Trevigiana is the birthplace of the painters Cima da Conegliano and Giorgione, of Antonio Canova and, more recently, of Arturo Martini, Guido Rossi and Giovanni Barbisan, who have all left vigorous traces of their presence both on the territory and the museums. Palladio worked here, and here he conceived and built some of his most remarkable villas.
Medieval town, surrounded by sixteenth–century walls, Treviso is an elegant city lying at the confluence of the Sile (95 km) and Botteniga (2 km) rivers. Long porticoes and frescoed house facades give many of the street an appearance quite distinct from those of other towns in the region.
