Liberty Icon

Thanks for letting me place this cache here. This is near a restaurant that I frequent. First to find gets a sweet treat. The owner of the property will occasionally place gift certificates for a nice surprise.

After reading the logs and watching casmit0 look for the cache I have increased the difficulty to 2.5.
