Can see this spot as I drive south on State Highway One and have now finaly stopped by and placed a cache.
Under the sentrys feet you will find two lists of names.
The lists count from zero to nine from top to bottom.
Count where the name is on the list to find the final cache.

The final is very close at hand now as the previous location was to well populated for my liking and the point of the cache is the memorial of course.
