Maybe you're wondering what I do at the old salt mine. My job is fairly straight forward; I solve problems. When someone in our group gets faced with a problem, the first question everyone is wondering if it is a stand up fight or a get down and dirty bug hunt. Most of us prefer the stand up fight, cuz we know if it's a bug hunt, everyone is going to get drug into the mud with whoever the stuckee is.
