You are looking for a small lock&lock container covered in camo hockey tape.
Cache is located at Milage Point 15 (of the Niagara Falls Subdivision) along the former New York Central line between Welland and Southwestern Ontario.
Over the years, several railways operated this line : Canada Southern, Michigan Central, New York Central, Penn Central, Conrail, and CP Rail. Junctions with The Toronto, Hamilton & Buffalo Railway and the Niagara, St. Catharines & Toronto Railway were located just to the East of this location.
