Continuing in the tradition of “Pay It Forward” here is my
contribution to the effort. Even if this cache is not searched out
you can still get in on the action!!! The Pay it Forward concept:
You find this cache and in return place a "Pay it Forward" cache of
your own--easy huh? When somebody finds your cache they do the
same, and so on and so on. Maybe you can bring a stocked cache
container with you and place it on your way home, or maybe you
already know of a good location. Either way this series has the
potential to grow very fast. Once you place your cache simply name
it "Pay it Forward" with your team name attached, example----Pay it
Forward/ KJcachers.--- wouldn’t it be great to see this series
reach the far corners of the earth while giving back to the
Geocaching community at the same time. Feel free to cut and paste
this description if you decide to participate by placing your own
PIF cache. You DO NOT have to place a cache if you don't want to,
but it would be appreciated. Just think if every cache team hid one
we could potentially get to all corners of globe, or maybe just our
state: At this time there are “Pay It Forward” caches placed in 15
US States, as well as Alberta, Canada and the United Arab Emirates.
I don’t know if these are all from the same initial idea but WOW,
let’s keep it up The oldest “Pay It Forward” still active looks to
be GCHQW4 Pay It Forward in Tennessee. This one was based on the
2000 movie by the same name and was placed 2/22/2004. The next one
that appears to be the “seed” for the rest of these may be GCQEEW
Pay It Forward / Original in Indiana and was placed 9/5/2005. The
Pay It Forward needs only be done by the FTF but any are welcome to
continue the tradition.
CONGRATS TO REEDKICKBALL FOR FTF!!! GO WEST YOUNG MAN!!!!!
