It set it up in the maximum on Sea of Japan side city and the south exit plaza at Niigata Station. Cache is a pen case. There is a possibility not to be stopped with the full car in premises for 30 minutes free of charge though it parks and it exists. We will recommend early morning and the night because there are a lot of policemen of muggles and the round.
