Geocache Description:


As major universities reach capacity and increase tuition, smaller, regional education facilities that offer technical and vocation programs will become more popular. (To further prove the statement, another satellite education center has recently opened across the street.) This cache is located on a large communication device on just such a campus. BYOP

There is plenty of parking; however, fewer security cameras when approaching from the top lot.
