Geocache Description:

Seabranch Preserve State Park is located just south of Port Salerno, on Hwy A1A. This preserve has several different natural communities in a relatively short distance. In less than one mile, one can see rare sand pine scrub, scrubby flatwoods, a baygall community, and a mangrove swamp. Hikers can explore these natural communities over five miles of trails. Florida Scrub Jay and Pileated Woodpecker are among the many bird species found here.

You can get to the cache along the Fire-break roads or along the northern Loop trail. Either way it is a bit of a hike to get there, so come prepared (i.e. bring water). There are several other caches in this park as well.

The cache is a PB Jar that can hold small items. After you sign the log, please replace the cache exactly as you found it.

Congrats to Basswoodbend for FTF!!!
