Inside a large undeveloped park. Access to the park is a gate along the the road on the south side of the park.
While the cache is not in plain sight, it is most certainly not under any kind of dirt. I suggest that you just ask yourself, "Where would I hide a cache if I had to hide a cache right here?"
It's not a small ammo box - it's about the size of a large shoe box. It's a dark green color.
