This is a Log-Only Micro-Cache, and is located in plain sight. Bring your own writing stick to sign the log.
It appears that this was recently removed / muggled.... I replaced it today 1/18/09 with a smaller container which should provide a little more challenge to future hunters. Please use stealth when finding this to help prevent it from being picked up from muggles in the future, although I suspect that it was removed by an inspector as there was a fresh inspection tag on Ground Zero.
If you have already found this, feel free to go back and re-sign the log. You may find the new container more of a challenge than the original.
