Geocache Description:

A geocaching.hu oldalon a ládát GCKAPO név alatt találod. Ne feledkezz meg a jelszóról!

The charming late 19th century chapel is located on the top of the serpentine to Szálka. You can get there from Highway 56.

The chapel was built in the late 19th century by the Mayer family. In the second part of the 20th century it was completely neglected, sadly it was more ruin than an actual building. It was rescued in the last minute and has been beautifully renovated recently.

The chapel is located on a small peak where the Szekszárd Hills meet the Sárköz area. The view from here is breathtaking. You can see the Danube, the Sárköz, the city of Szekszárd, Decs, Várdomb, Bátaszék, even Baja on a clear day!

The cache is not far from the chapel. You can find ample parking.
